Workflow 05.2 — Content pipeline

A draft lands in your inbox. You approve it. It publishes itself.

The draft generator runs daily. It picks up scheduled briefs, builds a post using your brand voice and what's seasonally relevant right now, and emails the draft to you for approval — with a direct link to tick the checkbox and let it publish automatically.

How the draft is built

It writes in your voice, about your work, at the right time of year.

The draft generator doesn't write generic pest control content. It pulls your brand voice rules, your seasonal pest calendar for the current month, the slot tone assigned by the scheduler, and the specific details from the job brief — location, complaint, what was found, what the customer said.

The result reads like a local business owner wrote it, not a marketing agency. Under 400 characters. Ends with your call to action. No hashtags. No emojis.

You stay in control. The approval email lands in your inbox with the full draft. Tick a checkbox in the content queue sheet and it publishes automatically at the scheduled time.
