Both. We use AI automation to do the repetitive work — answering calls, following up on invoices, chasing quotes. But Backcrew is operated by people. Every account has a named operator who owns it, watches it, and fixes it when something goes wrong.

What software do you connect to?+

We work with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Workiz, FieldRoutes, and most other field service platforms. If you're running one of these, we can connect to it. The assessment call will confirm.

How is this different from a virtual assistant?+
